Returns & Refunds

At LittleKidsJoy.com, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original, unused, and resalable condition.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Please get in touch with our customer service team to initiate your return and receive a Returns Authorisation number.
  2. Pack Securely: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all tags and any accessories.
  3. Include Details: Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or a note stating your order number, name, and reason for return.
  4. Post Your Parcel: Clearly write the Returns Authorisation number on the outside of the package and send it to the returns address provided by our team. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. This will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly cover the cost of return postage and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items unless they are faulty. These include:

  • Personalised items made to your specification.
  • Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons.
  • Sealed software, audio, or video recordings where the seal is broken.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
